Waste Vacuum System
Constructed of 1/4" carbon steel tanks, 8" beam frame and non-leak knife gate lid system, the VS series waste vacuum system is rugged and manufactured to last. The lid dumping system is the most advanced in the industry allowing sanitary storage of waste. Available in a variety of sizes and capacities to meet all hatchery applications. Inline water separator and air filter are standard for cleaner air flow to vacuum pump. Stainless Steel heat transfer plates and chillers are available for long term product storage. Multiple waste handling applications available- Liquid Egg Separation, Continuous Dump Tanks.
Chick Macerator
The Chick Waste Macerator is constructed of the highest quality stainless steel material throughout. The blades are constructed from 1/4" stainless steel and precision cut to meet U.S.D.A. disposal specifications. The macerator will also help reduce volume of hatchery waste by 50-60%. The system is manufactured with replacement parts that are available from local hardware supply warehouses. Macerators can be horizontal mount in waste piping or incorporated in a vertical position with a manual dump hopper.
